موضوع تحولات اقتصادی تقریبا از اوایل سال 1389 در دولت جناب آقای دکتر احمدی نژاد مطرح شد در ابتدا جلسات کارشناسی در نهاد ریاست جمهوری و وزارت خانه ها ی مختلف برگزارشد که در نهایت یک جمع بندی درحوزه های مختلف تحولات اقتصادی که نیاز است در کشور اتفاق بیفتدصورت گرفت.

و اما واژه یارانه ( sudsidy ) که در لغتنهامه به کمک رایگان واعانه (مالی )دولت به مردم در زمان معین معنا شده است عبارت است از نوعی حمایت دولت از قشر خاصی در دوره زمانی معین به منظور تامین رفاه اجتماعی از طریق کاهش هزینه ها وبه عبارت دیگر یارانه مقدار کمک و یا تزریق ریالی یا ارزی دولت است که برای ثابت نگه داشتن یا کنترل قیمت در بازار انجام میدهد.

(1) وخود ایشان راهکار مناسب برای درس گرفتن ازآن حضرت را چنین بیان می فرمایند که: امسال (سال پیامبر اعظم(ص) سال 1385) باید یک خیزش ، یک حرکت بزرگ ویک گام بلند داشته باشیم سال پیامبر اعظم ،سال نگاههای بلند ،سال امید ،سال کار ،سال مجاهدت ، سال خدمت وسال طراحیهای هوشمندانه برای آینده ی کشور است ،سال حرکت به پیش است. (2) وبی شک برهمگان آشکار است که اگر بشر امروز به روش وسیره ی رسول اکرم (ص) که قرآن آن رابهترین سرمشق ها برای انسان معرفی می کند چنگ بزند وآن را ا لگو وسر مشق برای خود قرار دهد ، جامعه وجهان از جهل ونادانی وظلم وستم نجات پیدا خواهد کرد وبشریت به آرامش وآسایش خواهد رسید یقینا" آنچه جامعه امروز بیشتر از هرچیز نیازمند آنست اخلاق است اگر امروز مدعیان دروغین حمایت از بشر شعار صلح ودوستی سرمی دهندوبه بهانه ی مبارزه با تروریسم بسیج شده اند ذره ای از اخلاق برخورداربودند این همه کشت وکشتارونابرابری وجودنداشت ، اگرمدعیان کدخدایی دهکده جهانی الفبایی از اخلاق می دانستند نامی اززندان های ابو غریب وگوانتانامو وجود نداشت وامروزکشتگان افغانستان و عراق ولبنان وفلسطین و...درکنا رخانواده های خود زندگی آرامی داشتند وبرای سازندگی میهن خود تلاش می کردند واز همه مهمتر اینکه اگرامروز اخلاق وجود داشت ترس ونفاق معنا نداشت وسران کشورهای به ظاهر مسلمان ،خود فروخته دشمنان قسم خورده اسلام ومسلمین نبودند وحداقل برای نجات مردم ستمدیده فلسطین چاره ای می اندیسیدند .خداوند بزرگ درقرآن کریم می فرماید : " لقد کان لکم فی رسوالله اسوة حسنة"

درقرون اخیر با فراگیر شدن آموزش وپرورش در دنیا ومشخص شدن نقش اساسی آن در توسعه همه جانبه جوامع ، سرمایه گذاری در آن نسبت به سایر بخش ها اهمیت بیشتری پیدا کرده به نحوی که هم دولت ها به آن توجه داشته وهم مردم استقبال نموده اند در کشور ما افراد آگاه با تاسیس مکتب خانه ها و مدارس خصوصی به تعلیم وتربیت کودکان ونوجوانان مستعد پرداختند تاسیس دارالفنون به همت امیر کبیر اولین دخالت مستقیم دولت در امر توسعه تعلیم وتربیت وبرقراری نظام رسمی آموزش وپرورش در کشورایران به حساب می آید که بعداز آن نیز به تدریج رشد و توسعه می یابد و امروزه شاهد آموزش وپرورش جامع درسطوح مختلف هستیم که یقینا رشد وتوسعه فرهنگ ( آموزش وپرورش ) موجب رشد وتعالی وترقی همه امور در کشور است
